My name is Anna Burns, and I help moms step into their light. I work with moms of young kids who need guidance, clarity, and accountability with prioritizing themselves in a very busy stage of life.
With over a decade of experience as a pelvic health physical therapist and a degree in psychology, I have combined my love of the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the postpartum period into a coaching program that will take you from overwhelm and chaos to clarity, confidence, and health.
I started South Shore Pelvic Health because Iām a mom myself. I understand the value of time with my child, time with my spouse, and time with myself.
Remember that taking care of yourself IS taking care of your family.
No matter what your goals are, I am here to help. We will achieve them together.
I love watching my clients become empowered as they learn more about their own health. My treatment approach is holistic, treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I also try to incorporate some levity too. I want my clients to laugh and have fun along the way!
